Our Solution

Our lightweight seat design consists of a hybrid composite frame utilising :-

  • Carbon fibre tube used in the marine industry.
  • Mass produced mechanisms from the automotive industry
  • Joined by cast modular nodal interfaces

Resulting in a seat structure that can be tailored for your specific styles and applications.

A two part trim support system :-

  • Semi structural expanded polypropylene base
  • Contoured polyurethane foam topper to ensure optimal weight and comfort.

Building on the best of the high volume automotive mechanisms, designed to be legislation compliant in order to maximise the benefit of known strength, quality and reliability of already proven materials and assemblies.
