We apply automotive Tier 1 tools and techniques to low volume production (10,000 units p.a. and less). This gives cost effective, repeatable batch manufacture with built in defect prevention rather than relying on subsequent inspection and quarantine.

Our process is based around analysing the product for vehicle and component interfaces which effect use and safe performance. These are then manufactured into the tooling and jig locations to ensure every single part is as accurate and repeatable when being manufactured as opposed to detection of error through sampling and gauges.
Our capability includes tube bending, blank specification straight from CAD, CNC Wire development and manufacturing, cutting, pressing, jointing, welding of all metals, fabrication, painting and component assembly.
